D.C. Court of Appeals Decision and Remand Hearings

On December 8, 2016, the D.C. Court of Appeals vacated and
remanded the McMillan case, brought to it by the Friends of
McMillan Park. The remand side of that case triggered
remand hearings by the Zoning Commission and the
Mayor’s Agent for Historic Preservation on several
specific questions raised by the court.
