281 total units: 81 for senior housing (market-rate), 200 (need specifics here);
Two levels of parking, 1 level reserved for housing units (.9 spaces reserved for each housing unit) and 1 level reserved for the grocery store;
51,000 square feet for the grocery store (other retail components are as yet unidentified)

Medical Office Building Component (designed by Shalom Baranes Associates; to be developed by Trammell Crow):

860,000 square feet maximum for healthcare use; 15,000 square feet minimum for retail use (nature of this retail is unclear);
Heights of building are estimated between 90 and 130 feet;
Parking provided under the structure (quantity unclear)

Townhomes Component (designed by Lessard Architects; to be developed by EYA):

No specifics provided on the handouts from the open house;
Each townhome will include a two-car parking component.

Community Center and Park Component (designed by Nelson Byrd Woltz and EEK; developer unknown):

6.2 acre park, to include space reserved for a community center
Community Center to provide a 25 yard (22.86 meter) swimming pool, multi-pupose fitness center, lockers, and multi-purpose community room (need specifics on any other planned amenities and date for completion)
